Lesson Policies

EXPECTATIONS

  • Students are expected to practice assigned materials throughout the week.

  • It is the student’s responsibility to bring lesson materials to each class (sticks, lesson book, assignment book, etc.).

  • Students, parents, and teachers share the responsibility of showing respect to each other and the lesson facility.

ATTENDANCE

  • Lessons must be canceled with a minimum of 24 hours notice to be eligible for a make-up, but make-up lessons are not guaranteed.

  • There are no make-ups offered for no-shows.

  • There are no refunds for missed lessons.

  • Make-up lessons or pro-rated missed lessons are only guaranteed when the teacher has to cancel. 

  • Lessons will end promptly regardless of the student’s arrival time.

PAYMENT

  • Payment is due in full for the upcoming month at the first lesson of every month.

  • There is a one week grace period, but the second lesson will not start until payment is received.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

  • Initial and continued enrollment in lessons indicates the acceptance of the policies and expectations listed above. Lesson policies are subject to change, but students will be notified if changes occur.
